Ham and Beans

Ingredients
1 pound of great northern beansHam on bone or 1 cup of cubed ham4 TBS of cornstarch (optional)Water
Directions
Soak beans overnight. In the morning, strain and rinse beans.

Add beans and ham to the crock pot. Add enough water to cover ingredients.

Cook on low all day (6-8 hours). If you used a ham bone, remove it.

Stir ham and beans. If it is runny, mix corn starch with COLD water. Slowly pour in corn starch and cook until Ham and Beans thickens.
