crispy veggie pizza

Ingredients
2 tbsp. tomato paste1 tbsp. evoo1 whole grain tortilla1/8 cup mozzerella cheese2 tbsp. sliced bl olives2 tbsp. chopped green bell pepper2 tbsp. chopped onionsherbs and spices to taste
Directions
Brush evoo on tortilla and bake for 5 min. at 425 degrees. Prep your pizza ingredients. Spoon on tomato paste( pizza sauce), sprinkle cheese and veggies. Sprinkle with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Bake for another 5 min. until cheese is melted.
