5 oz fresh spinach, chopped1 clove garlic1 tsp olive oil1 Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita Bread1/2 cup Fat Free Mozzarella
Bake Pita at 350 for five minutes, turning over each minute.
In a pan saute garlic in olive oil, add spinach and add salt and pepper to taste. Cook spinach until it is wilted down to about quarter of the original volume.
Top pita with spinach and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. =)
