Warm Potato and Tuna Salad

2 medium potatoes, quartered1 cup green beans1 can (6 ounces) tuna packed in water, drained and flaked1 Red Ripe Tomato, cut in wedges1 Tbs. light or fat free mayonnaise
1. Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to a boil over high heat and add the potatoes and cook until the potatoes are tender when tested with a sharp knife. Add in the green beans to warm. Drain and place in a large bowl. Add lettuce and toss with tongs until slightly wilted.
2. In a small bowl, mix the tuna and mayonnaise. Serve the tuna over the potato mixture. Top with tomato wedges.
