Ingredients
Chicken breast no skin 4green peppers 1 cup choppedyellow peppers 1 cup choppedcurry sauce 2 packetsonion 1 cup choppedmushroom 1 cup slicesbasmati rie 5 cups
Directions
chop the chicken breast into small chunks, and fry until white. Empty fat out of pan and add chopped onions, chopped peppers, chopped muchrooms fry with chicken until cooked. Then add the curry sauce simmer for 30 minuets.
Whilst curry is simmering add rice to boiling water and simmer for 6-10 minuets until cooked. And serve with curry on top.
