Low Fat Meat Lasagna

1 box of lasagna noodles3 cups of fat free cottage cheese8 oz fat free ricotta cheese1.5 cups of fat free mozzarella shreadded cheese 4 cups of marinara spaghetti sauce2 egg whites2 lbs ground turkey1 Tbsp parsley
Preheat oven to 400°
Boil water and cook noodles according to package until just a little under cooked.
While cooking noodles, brown turkey meat. It does not have to be completely cooked.
Mix 2 cups of the sauce into the ground turkey meat.
In a large bowl, mix 1 cup mozzarella cheese, all the ricotta cheese, 2 egg whites, and parsley.
In large dish (size depends on your preference, the smaller the size the more layers you will have) you either spray the bottom with fat free cooking spray or spread a little of the pasta sauce.
Start layering the ingredients, noodles, ground meat mixture, noodles, cheese mixture, noodles, and so on until you have used all the ingredients. The top layer should be noodles, pour the remaining 2 cups of sauce over the noodles.
Cover with foil and bake 45mins to 1 hour, depending on the thickness of your lasagna. Remove from oven, remove foil, and sprinkle the remaining 0.5 cups of mozzarella cheese over it. Let cool before serving.
