Place oatmeal, wheat germ and ground flaxseed in microwave safe bowl and stir together.
(Spices can be added now or later if you want to adjust amounts to taste.)
Stir in soymilk and frozen fruit chunks.
Microwave for 1-2 minutes
(add spices if not done earlier, adjust to taste)
