Just made these with my daughter. Everyone loved them. Halved the recipe and it worked fine. Very quick, easy, and tasty. :D - 6/28/09

I used this as a base, minus the milk and plus a few extra spices as I was feeling creative, very tasty. - 4/30/08

I used plain bread crumbs by mistake and the meatballs were a little bland. Next time I'll add more spices. - 11/20/07

My husband and I loved this as an alternative to meat sauce with our spaghetti. I can't wait to try maranating them in some kind of sweet sauce to serve as an appetizer. Very easy to make! - 11/8/07

I made these tonight for diner. I did add a chopped green pepper and a chopped onion into the mixture. They turned out very well. On their own they were a little bland, however in the sauce they were great! This is a wonderful meatball base to start with and the cook can tweak to his/her liking. - 7/24/11
