Cherry Bread Pudding

4 cups day old bread, cubed3 eggs3 cups 1% milk, scalded3 cups tart cherries with juice1/2 c. sugar1/2 c splenda2 T. vanilla extract
In a large bowl, beat eggs, add scalded milk slowly. Add vanilla, 2 T. brandy (not in nutritional info.) Add bread cubes and cherries and Mix well. Allow to sit for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Pour bread mixture into a greased 13 x 9" pan sprayed with pam. Bake 40-45 minutes or until top is browned, and knife comes out clean. May serve warm or cold, with cool whip, whiskey sauce or just plain. (Sauce not figured in calories!
