Ingredients
Directions
Beat together sugars and butter until light and fluffy
Add eggs and vanilla, mix well
Combine flour, soda and salt. Add to mixture, mix on low until blended
Add Oats, nuts, and chips, blend well
Lightly spray cookie sheet, about 12 cookies to a pan.
In this reduced sugar, egg and butter version, I found the cookies don't spread out as easily so pressed the cookies with a fork.
Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on the pan.
This receipe makes 9 dozen cookies. The can be frozen.
Cookies will appear under baked but will become firm during cooling.
