Cinn-ful apple salad

Ingredients
1 c. chopped apple1 stalk celery, chopped1/4 c. canned pineapple, chopped if neccessary--add a bit of the juice (2 tsp. or so)2 T. walnuts, chopped1/4 c. reduced fat mayo 3/4 tsp. sun crystals (about 3 packets if you can't get bulk)1/2 tsp. more or less--to your taste--cinnamon
Directions
just chop everything up and toss with the mayo. sprinkle in the sun crystals and cinnamon and mix in. serve right away.
