Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast1 pound bacon, thick sliced1 – 1 ½ cup brown sugar1-2 tbsp chili powder Line jelly roll pans with foil and spray with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350°-400°. Mix brown sugar and chili powder. Use more or less chili powder to taste.Cut bacon into thirds. Cut chicken into chunks. Wrap each piece of chicken with a piece of bacon, skewer with a toothpick. Dredge into sugar/chili powder mixture. Lay onto pan and bake for 1 hour or until done.* I usually mix my sugar and chili powder the day before. I also bake at 350° for 30 minutes then bump temp up to 400° for the last 30 minutes.
