Lipton Onion Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
Lipton Onion Soup Mix, 4 medium sized diced potatoes, and 2-3 tbsp oil (preferrably olive oil)
Directions
Dice the potatoes (skin is optional). Place in a lightly greased baking pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the soup mix over the potatoes and mix well. (Optional: add bacon bits, shredded cheese, and fried onions.)
