Ingredients
1 Cup bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Pancake & Waffle Mix1 Cup Low Fat Milk1 Egg1 Tbsp Oil1 Medium Riped Banana1/2 tsp Vanilla extractButter Cooking Spray
Directions
Heat up pancake griddle at medium. Meanwhile In a mixing bow, smash banana and add vanilla extract, mix. Add pancake mix and milk and blend in with a mixer. Lightly spray griddle with butter cooking spray. Cook pancakes on griddle.
