Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
Lean beef stew meat1/2 cup chopped onion1 TBS worcestershire sauce1 can lowfat cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup lowfat cream cheese1/2 cup water4 cups egg noodles
Directions
Salt and pepper stew meat and place in crock pot.
Cover w/ chopped onion.
Mix worcestershire, mushroom soup, and water and pour over meat.
Cook on low setting of crock pot for 6-8 hours.
Last 15 to 20 minutes, while egg noodles cook, add cream cheese.
Boil egg noodles and serve beef mixture over top.

    After I boiled the egg noodles, I added them to the crock pot and let cook another 20 minutes. I also used whole wheat egg noodles. It was awesome! - 10/20/07
