Ingredients
3.5 C Raisin Bran1 can Pumpkin 15 0z1/4 c milk 1 percent2 eggs2 TBL Canola Oil1 cup Flour1/2 Cup brown Sugar2 TBL Baking Powder1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon1/4 tsp allspice1/8 tsp nutmeg1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
Directions

Blend all ingredients Bake 400 degrees for 25 minutes in greased muffin pans. Makes 12 muffins.

    Thanks so much for this recipe. I will definitely make it again!! Turned out very good. In my muffin tins it made about 16 though. But that is okay...less calories per muffin!! Will use for pre-run carbs. - 10/25/11

    I had been looking for a raisin bran recipe and I just made this one (fresh pumpkin puree that I froze instead of canned). I also omitted the walnuts. Very good. I can't wait to see what my dh says! - 1/22/11
