Carne Queso Dip

Ingredients
1-1.5 pounds lean ground beef1 pound Velveeta Light cubed1 - 10 oz. can Ro*Tel Tomatoes drained1 small can sliced mushorroms or pieces and stems drained1- 10.75 can condensed cream of mushroom soup1/4 cup red wineBaked Tostitos Dippers or other chips or vegetables for dipping
Directions
Season to taste and brown ground beef. Drain. Rinse if you wish to remove more fat. Add soup, drained mushrooms and drained ro*tel tomatoes. Mix thoroughly. Add cubed velveeta and red wine. Mix again, reduce heat to moderate simmer and cover. Stir frequently while cheese melts. When cheese is melted and it is heated through, serve with chips or veggies to your taste. Enjoy!
