Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Deer Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 lb Deer tenderloin8 slices bacon1 Tbsp Blackened seasoning
Directions
Soak tenderloin in salt water or vinegar water for 30 minutes to get the "gamey' flavor out. Get outdoor grill hot and ready. Cut into 4 equal pieces; sprinkle with blackened seasoning. Wrap 2 slices bacon around each piece (cross wise) and secure with wooden toothpick. Place on grill; turning 1/4 turn every 5 minutes until center is 145 degrees. Serve with wild rice and a veggie. Makes 4 servings.
