6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed6 cups Swanson Natural Goodness chicken broth1 Tablespoon Promise Light MargarineSalt and Pepper to taste1/2 cup of flour1/2 cup cold waterPillsbury Reduced Fat Buttermilk Biscuits
In a large pot over medium heat, simmer chicken in chicken broth until no longer pink. Stir in butter, salt and pepper. Cook until chicken reaches desired tenderness, 15 to 60 minutes. In a bowl, stir together flour and cold water until smooth. Sit flour mixture into soup, bring soup to a rolling boil. Roll biscuits out until flat. Cut into small squares, about 1". Drop biscuit squares into the boiling water neatly around the chicken. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, uncovered, 10 minutes. Then cover and cook 10 minutes more. Serve hot. Makes about 8 servings.
