Ingredients
1 Cup long grain rice1/2 Tbsp Crushed Garlic8 oz cooked Chicken Breast1 Med Green Pepper, chopped1 Med Onion Chopped1 Tbsp Olive Oil1/3 Cup Soy Sauce2 Eggs Scrambled1/4 cup grated carrots
Directions
Prepare rice and cool. Heat olive oil then scramble eggs in Wok. Add all other ingredients and heat through.
