Bean and Barley Salad

Ingredients
3/4 cup quick cook barley1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained1 can (16 oz.) Kidney beans, drained1 can whole kernel corn drained1 large red pepper, finely chopped6 green onion, chopped1/2 cup cilantro, fresh, mincedDressing:1/4cup olive oil13 cup red wine vinegar2 garlic cloves, minced1 1/2 tsp chili powder3/4 tsp salt3/4 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp crshed red pepper flakes14 tsp pepper
Directions
cook barley. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in the beans, corn, red pepper, onions, and cilantro. Ina small bowl, comvine the dressing ingredients. Pour over the slad, toss to coat. Chill until serving.
