6 chicken thighs3 eggs2-3 teaspoons hot sauce2 teaspoons water1 cup flour1.5 cups crushed ritz crackers1.5 cups shredded coconut1.25 cups apricot-pineapple jelly2 teaspoons garlic pepper sauce (find in Chinese section)2 teaspoons water

mix eggs, hot sauce, and water and put in a bowl
