4 Whole Wheat tortillas1 15 oz can black beans, drained1 seeded and chopped jalapeno pepper4 T Smart Balance Mayo1 T lime juice
Makes 4 1 serving wraps.
Mash black beans slightly. Add pepper. Stir in mayo and lime juice. Slightly warm tortillas in oven or microwave. Spread mixture evenly over tortillas and top with lettuce. Roll up tortillas.
