Ravioli Soup

Ingredients

3/4 lb ground sweet Italian Chicken Sausage1 clove garlic (crushed)1 tsp dry mustard1 Large Can (48oz) chicken broth2 small cans stewed tomatoes1 can chick peas with liquid1/4 bag fresh spinach chopped1 package frozen mini raviolisgrated Parmesan (optional as garnish)
Remove sausage from casing
Add oil to soup pot and cook sausage with garlic until no longer pink
Add stewed tomatoes, chicken broth, chick peas in liquid and bring to boil
Add spinach
Lower heat and cook until sausage is cooked throughout
Just before ready to serve add raviolis and cook according to package directions
When raviolis rise to top, they are ready!
Can garnish with Parmesan (optional)
