Ingredients
6 lean trimed chicken breasts1 tbls ginger paste1 tbls minced garlic2 tbls olive oilpepper to taste
Directions
Pour oilive oil into hot pan -
Add garlic and expel -
Add cut up chicken breasts -
Add ginger -
Pepper to taste -
Add enough water to cook chicken and let water cook out until chicken is tender -
Cool chicken and separate into containers for desired uses.
