Mexicorn muffins

Ingredients
1 package of Martha White sweet yellow cornbread mix1 large egg1/2 cup of skim milk1 can of Fiesta or Mexi- corn, drained
Directions
* Combine all of the ingredients together and mix until thoroughly combined.
* Spray 12 muffin tins with non-stick baking spray.
* Fill each muffin tin about 2/3 full with the muffin mixture.
* Bake at 400 deg. F for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
