Crock Pot Cheesy Cauliflower soup

Ingredients
One medium cauliflower cut into florets1 carrot chopped1 medium onion chopped2 ribs celery chopped.5 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce1.5 cups Cheddar Cheese 2 cups light cream (recipe calls for 1/2 and 1/2)4 cups chicken brothsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 8 - 1 cup servings.

Pour chicken broth, chopped carrots, celery and cauliflower into crock pot and let cook 4-6 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.

1/2 hour before done puree crock pot mixture and place back in crock pot, add: 2 cups light cream, Worcestershire sauce and 1 .5 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and leave cooking for last half hour.

If desired top with chives before serving.
