Part 1:2 1/2 cups Kroger old fashioned oats whole grain1 level scoop Aria Women's Protein - Chocolate1 tbsp Kroger Baking Cocoa - unsweetened1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon2 packets Stevia sweetener (I used Truvia)1 tbsp Kroger Brand Imported Lighter Flavor Olive Oil Pure All Natural2 tbsp Sweet Dreams Brown Rice Syrup2 tbsp Honey1/4 tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract1/3 cup waterPart 2:1/3 cup Craisin's dried cranberries1/3 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
1. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees
2. Combine part 1 dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix well
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients & stir well
4. Stir in part 2 dry ingredients, making sure all ingredients are mixed well together
5. Put wax paper on 9x13 baking sheet, pour mixture onto wax papered sheet
6. Spread mixture thinly across baking sheet
7. Bake @ 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until granola is slightly crispy
