Roast Beef with potatoes and carrots, slow cooker

Ingredients
Beef Roast (top round, rump roast, etc), 2.25 - 2.5 pounds*Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 canRed Wine, 5 fl oz Beef broth - i canCarrots, raw, 9 small (5-1/2" long), peel and cut into 2" to 3" sectionsOnions, raw, 1 small, sliced*Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) cut into six sections each
Directions
Place roast in slow cooker. Pour wine over top of roast. Sprinkle onion on top. Place carrots and potatoes around raost and cover with cream of mushrrom soup and beef broth. Place lid on slow cooker. Turn on to "low" setting. Cook 8 hours. Serve with a romaine lettuce salad, Asparagus or broccoli for a complete meal.
