Mexican Pie

Ingredients
Ground TurkeyCuminSalsaFresh Spinach1 can corn1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese1 9inch already made pie crust
Directions
Brown ground turkey and drain. Return to pan, adding cumin and salsa. Cook over medium heat until warm and well mixed.

Pour mixture into a 8x8 baking dish. Then layer corn, cheese, and spinach. Cover with pre-made pie crust. Roll sides inwards and bake on 450* until golden brown (approximately 20 minutes). Makes 6 servings. Serve with a salad for a complete meal.
