Bacon Bit Burgers & Smothered Onions

Ingredients
Directions
2 pounds ground beef1 pound ground turkey5 slices of bacon3 small onions...or two medium onesLea Perrin steak sauce 3 tbspLea Perrin worcestshire sauce 3 tspSmoked Gouda
Cut the Bacon into pieces place into the pan and cook
Dice up the one onion
Slice the other two onions
When the bacon is crispy use a slotted spoon to take it out of the pan and put it on a plate with a paper towel to drain
Dump out most of the bacon grease
Put your diced onions into this pan cook until soft
Place your sliced onion into a separate pan and cover stirring occasionally so they don't burn
Take the diced onions out of the pan once soft and put them on the same plate with the bacon
Let them cool
Add 1 tbsp of the steak sauce to the sliced onions mix it up and turn the heat down and as low as possible and cover
Place the turkey and the ground beef into a large bowl mix
them together
Add the bacon, onion,worcestshire sauce, steak sauce to meat and mix all together
Divide into 10 burgers and cook however you want
Slice the cheese into slices and melt over the burgers
Top with smothered onions and enjoy!
