Kessler's Cranberry & Nut Granola

Ingredients
* Oats, 5 cups * Almonds, 1 cup, slivered * Pecans, 2 cup, chopped * *Sesame Seeds, 1 cup * Wheat germ, crude, 1 cup * Coconut, raw, 2 cup, shredded * Olive Oil, 1 cup * Honey, 3 cups * Raisins, 1 cup, packed * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients except raisins & craisins. Heat oil & honey on stove until blended. Pour over dry mixture and mix well until coated. Spread on baking sheets and toast in oven 25 to 30 min. at 325, stirring every 10 min. until toasted. Pour back into mixing container and add raisins and craisins. Let cool and store in air tight containers for up to two weeks.
