French Toast (low cal, low fat)

Ingredients
5 Egg Whites1 tsp Ground Cinnamon1/2 C milk, nonfat10 Slices Sara Lee Delightful Wheat Bread (2 slices in 1 serving)Butter, syrup, powdered sugar, or fruit topping. (not calculated in nutritional info!)
Directions
Makes 5, 2 piece servings.

Lightly spray a frying pan with a zero fat olive oil spray. Turn the heat to a medium high setting.

Mix egg whites, cinnamon, and milk in a dish large enough to lay bread flat. Dip bread in mixture, turn over to coat both sides. Cook in frying pan until lightly browned 1 -3 minutes depending on your stove, turn over to brown the other side.

Serve with powdered sugar, syrup, fruit, etc.
