Whole Wheat Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 cup of yeast1 cup of hot water and 1 TBS sugar3 cups of milk3 cups of water1 cup of brown sugar1 cup of oil3 TBS salt18 cups of flourTake 1/4 cup of yeast and 1 TBS of sugar and 1 cup of hot waterProof the yeast [letting it sit] for 10 minutesAdd salt, oil, brown sugar [or honey]Heat milk/water [6 cups] until very warm.Add to the mixtureAdd about 8 cups of whole wheat flour and mix for 3 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutesAdd 2 cups of white flour and the remaining whole wheat flour until the dough is pulling away from the sides of the machine. Knead for 15 minutes on the lowest setting on your mixer.Let dough rest 15 minutes on counterMake 1 1/2 # loaves in 4x8 pans. Let rise until double. Bake @ 350 for 19-23 minutesWhen the loaves come out of the oven, I rub butter on the tops to soften.
