Lentil Ham Soup - 4 points per serving

Ingredients
half bag dry lentils (about 2 cups dry)1 can beef stock or bullion1 large can plum tomatoes - cut upa clove garlic choppedlarge onion choppedtsp. olive oilraw carrots chopped1 cup chopped leftover cooked ham or ham bone
Directions
Cook dry lentils on low in crock pot for 8 hours. Cook chopped garlic and onion in small amount olive oil just until onion is carmelized. Add all ingredients to cooked lentils and cook for another 8 - 12 hours
