Rustic Tomato Soup

Ingredients
2 cans diced tomatoes3 c vegetable broth1 c chopped oniongarlic - chopped1tsp olive oil3 tsp oregano.5 tsp saltpepper to taste
Directions
Chop onions and garlic. Saute in olive oil until tender. Add canned tomatoes with juice, spices and broth. Simmer 15 min. If desired, blend to form a smooth consistency.
