60 ml (4 Tbsp) chopped onions 480 g (16 oz) cod fillets60 ml (4 Tbsp) chopped fresh parsley20 ml (4 tsp) olive oil125 ml (½ cup) white wineTo taste salt, pepper, paprika et lemon juice4 lemon wedges
Spread half of the onions in a baking dish and place fish on top.
Add the rest of the onions, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, and wine.
Add the salt, pepper and paprika. Bake in oven for 12 to 15 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F). Finish cooking on broil.
Serve each portion with a wedge of lemon.
