Stawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
2 Small Frozen Banana's sliced 2 Cups unsweetened Frozen Strawberries6 oz fat free or low fat yogurt (we like strawberry)2 Tbs sesame seeds ( I like flax seeds also)
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend. Divide into 2 servings and enjoy.
