Pink Salmon canned 14.75 oncesFiber One Bran Cerel 1/2 cupGeeen Peppers three tablespoonsOnions raw two tablespoonsEgg Substitute 1/4 cupBlack Pepper 3 dashesAdobo 1/4 tsp.Basil dried 1 tsp.Extra Virgin Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Directions
Blend Fiber One bran cereal, set aside
chop onions and green peppers, sauete and set aside
all ingredients to bowl mix well,
form 5 patties
and place in hot pan with oil
Fry on medium light unlil brown turn after five minutes
