GARLIC ORANGE SHRIMP

Ingredients
1 pkg. tri-color linguine pasta1/3 cup olive oil1/2 cup orange juice1/3 cup lemon or key lime juice3 cloves garlic, chopped1 Tbl. each grated lemon and orange peel (dried is okay!)1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions
Cook linguine, place in covered casserole to keep warm (do not rinse). Combine remaining ingredients except shrimp in blender or processor, blend well and pour into large skillet, heat through. Add shrimp, cook for 5 minutes more or until shrimp tun pink. Do not overcook! Pour over warm linguine, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
