4 Mahi-Mahi Fillets1/2 Lime1 Tsp Extra Light Olive OilSpice Rub1/4 Tsp Salt1/4 Tbsp Smoked Paprika1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper1/4 Tbsp Garlic Powder1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder3/4 Tsp Ground Cumin1/2 Tsp Ground Coriander1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano/1/2 Tsp Dried Basil
Directions
- Mix together all spices for spice rub in a bowl
- Heat Olive Oil in a pan, medium heat
- Coat mahi-mahi fillets with spice rub
- Cook on medium, flipping once
- Squeeze lime juice over cooked fillets
