Ingredients
1/2 pound ground turkey1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper3/4 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp chili powder2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 cup medium salsa
Directions
Makes 3 servings. I put it in a flour tortilla and baked for 15 minutes @350 with some salsa and cheese as a topping.
