Oatmeal crackers

Ingredients
2 c. oatmeal, uncooked, old-fashioned1/2 c. water, tap1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
2 c. Oatmeal, beat in a food processor to make into flour
1/2 c. Water
1/4 tsp. Salt
Reserve a little oatmeal flour to dust your dough, roll out as thin as you can, bake at 350 for 20 min until slightly brown.
A little hard, very crunchy, but addictive! Vegan, Vegetarian, Flourless, No Oil. Helps you drink water! ;-)
