Ingredients
4 cups whole wheat pasta.75 cups chicken broth2 oz pancetta (chopped)3 egg yolks5 cloves garlicred pepper flakes.5 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
boil pasta
fry pancetta & garlic
add proth to pancetta mix & cook down
mix egg yolk with .5 cup hot pasta water
Add pasta to pancetta
pour egg mix over pasta.
stir
add parmesan
stir
season with red pepper
