Salmon Wrap

Ingredients
No Bone - Salmon Portion (approx 117 grams)1 tbsp Hellmains May Light1/2 tsp of Pickle Relish1 Dempster's Original Tortilla (10 inch)
Directions
Using a non-stick frying pan add salmon on med-high heat. (Pam spray will help but will add more calories - same with butter - Nutrients for this recipe are based on frying on a dry skillet)

Pan fry the Salmon (Approx 10 minutes total)

Place in a bowl and using a fork break into chunks

Add Mayo & Relish

Place in tortilla, wrap and enjoy!

To wrap a tortilla - Open end style

Place salmon mixture in the center of tortilla and spread in a vertical line to the end of the top side. Fold the bottom third of the tortilla up over the filing. Take the left and right sides of the tortilla (the part that has no filling on it) and fold it over the filling creating an easy-to-eat pocket.
