Chicken, Broccoli, Bean Sprout & Radish Stir-Fry

Ingredients
10 cloves Garlic, (more or less to taste)1/2 cup Onions, raw, white, chopped 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tbsp Sesame Oil,1 Chicken Breast, cubed, bone and skin removed 3 cup Broccoli, fresh, chopped 10 Radishes, cubed or sliced2 cups Bean sprouts1 cup Mushrooms, fresh sliced1 Package Udon Japanese Noodles, approx 200 gram(s) 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce1/4 cup water1 dash Salt, 1 dash black Pepper
Directions
Heat Olive & Sesame Oil in Wok.
Add Garlic & Onion, cook until tender
Add Chicken, cook until no pink is present
Add remaining ingredients and steam until tender approx 3-5 minutes (do not over cook)
