Sauerkraut with Country Ribs

Ingredients
Sauerkraut, 1 large canCountry Ribs, 3 boneless and trimmed of all fatOnionSaltPepperWater
Directions
Season pork with salt and pepper. Brown in large dutch over or casserole pan.

Add onions, sauerkraut and water.

Cook on high for 15 minutes to get it going and turn down to medium low the rest of the time.

Add more water if it cooks off too much.

Serve with boiled potatoes and applesauce on the side.
