Slow Cooker Fajitas

Ingredients
1 each medium green, sweet red and yellow pepper, cut into 1/2 inch strips1 sweet onion, cut into 1/2 inch strips2 pounds beef top sirloin steaks, cut into thin strips3/4 cup water2 tbsp red wine vinegar1 tbsp lime juice1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Place peppers and onions in a 5-qt slow cooker. Top with beef. Combine the water, vinegar, lime juice, and seasonings and pour over beef. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until tender.
Serve with flour tortillas, salsa, sour cream, and cheddar cheese (not included in recipe calorie calculations!) Makes 8 servings.
