4 cans of diced tomatoes, 1 bag of dried lentils2 containors of fresh mushroom, quarteddice up about 8 cloves of garlicshred about a half bag of baby carrotsdice up tops of celery with leavesadd salt after done cooking, salt makes it cook slower
mix all together in big pot, keep adding water as needed, put salt in last after lentils are soft, salt makes it cook slower. simmer for about 2-3 hours depending. After cooled, I bag or tupperware it for freezer. it thaws pretty good. makes about 16 to 20 depending on how much water you want, I like it a little thick.
