Steph 2003's 3-ingredient lowfat cheese ball

Ingredients
1 8oz package fat-free cream cheese. (I used Wal Mart brand)1 1oz package Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix. (Any flavor, I think they all have similar nutritional stats.)3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese*Optional ingredients, bacon bits or nuts.
Directions
Makes 8, 2-tablespoon servings.

Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Add Ranch dip and mix until blended. Mix in 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese. Form ball.

Pour remaining shredded cheese into a bowl and roll the cheese ball around so that it's covered. Refrigerate.

Serve with crackers.

Can also roll cheese ball in chopped nuts if desired.
